The Innovation Circle Network
The Innovation Circle Network is created on the basis of 2 Interreg III B projects. It all started when the PIPE project was granted from the Baltic Sea Region program in 2002. However, there is a history before that, way back to the revolutionary year of 1991. Here is our story.
