Just a few weeks now before the large Hubei-Norway Week 2009 event takes place in Telemark from Sept 7-10. Mr. Qian, Deputy Director of General office of Hubei Provincial Government together with Mr. Hou, Mr. Yang and Ms Lu, from Hubei came to make the last preparations for Hubei-Norway Week 2009 with Norwegian representatives, Let's Travel, Grenland Theater and Telemark Province.

Telemark County Council (Telemark Fylkeskommune) has about 170.000 inhabitants and is located at the south-west side of Oslo. The total area is 15.300 Km2.The administrative center is located in the city Skien. There is 18 municipalities in Telemark county: Porsgrunn, Skien, Notodden, Siljan, Bamble, Kragerø, Drangedal, Nome, Bø, Sauherad, Tinn, Hjartdal, Seljord, Kviteseid, Nissedal, Fyresdal, Tokke, Vinje.
