Notodden Municipality
Notodden muncipality has approximately 12.000 inhabitants and is located in the eastern parts of Telemark county. The municipality is bordering Kongsberg muncipality in Buskerud county at the eastern side. They also cooperate in the Kongsberg region together with other muncipalities from Buskerud and Telemark counties. Notodden website for young music bands to be known internationaly
Notodden was the cradle of Norsk Hydro, which today is a part of Statoil Hydro. Notodden lost many jobs in the 80's and 90's. They are noe reshaping the city and their visions. Notodden want to be known for their famous Bluesfestival, as the Blues capital of Europe.
