Innovation Circle Network board meeting takes place in Norway

a 25 - 26 June 2008 Innovation Circle board meeting is having meetings in Askim, Sarpsborg and Spydeberg.This is the first time when the board meets after the Innovation Circle Network official registration. This time the board has set the guidelines of how the network should act in the future and what topics should be considered to be the key topics.

What direction the IC network goes?

Innovation Circle Network board representing six Baltic Sea Region countries has set a strategy to focus on 3 issues as follows:

  1. Unique and informative website
  2. Exciting and Innovative projects
  3. Quality events

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After a long discussion the main subjects to work with was specified. As the Network according their bylaws are working in the Nothern Europe, the topics have been chosen according this area needs.

  • Public Private Partnerships
  • Youth activities
  • Culture and identity
  • Teritorial planning
  • Stimulate (social and private) entrepreneurship
  • Environment

 At the very end of the meeting IC board was having a brainstorm to elaborate project ideas on the framework described above. Invitation to join the concrete projects will reach the partners very soon.
