Siauliai cooperates with IC Network
Training the trainers
Innovation Circle Network has become partner in an EEA project initiated by NGO "Vaikų ir jaunimo papildomo ugdymo centras" Siauliai is the fourth largest city in Lithuania. Project focus is on informal education targeted to youths and children. The main project idea is to train the trainers. The project is called "Enhancement of Siauliai region employees' (responsible for non-formal education of children) working skills in virtual and integral environment of fostering bilateral partnership"and is focusing on informal education.
The project target group is the employees responsible for non formal education within Siauliai region. The main goal is to strengthen skills and knowledge among personnell working within this field. The IC Network will organise a studytrip for a group of professionals from Lithuania to Norway and also in other ways help with knowhow and advices within the educational field. Project manager in Lithuania is Egidijus Koviera, director of NGO "Vaikų ir jaunimo papildomo ugdymo centras" He says that the project has just started and will be implemented within one year. Partner in Lithuania is also Siauliai City Municipality. Contact person from Siauliai municipality is Asta Lesauskiene.
