IC Annual Conference and the first TiF gathering in Cesis
Innovation Circle Network was holding an annual conference in Cesis this week. The new board was elected and the plan for the coming year confirmed. At the same days Trans-in-Form pre kick-off event was taking place which gathered all the project partners together for the first time after the application was confirmed. The event was filled with expectations for the coming challenges within the three years of Trans in Form project. The conference focused on new governance in the perpective of regional reforms and also at attractivity. Urban design,attractive job market and migration issues were addressed.

The dates of the youth summer camp was also announced. It is expected to take place in Jelgava10-13 August 2010. The topic is not decided yet, however the partners will be informed as soon as the topic is clear.
TRANSINFORM
The first coordinators meeting for the Trans-in-Form project has decided on the coming TiF events during the first milestone. The dates are as follows:
17 - 19 February - Trans-in-Form kick-off conference in Trakai, Lithuania
7 - 9 April - "New narratives and sorry telling - methodology workshop" in Vidzeme region
5 - 7 May - "Scenario planning and benchmarking attractivity" in Germany
19 - 21 May - "Investment planning and pilot project start up creative workshop" in Suwalki, Poland
