IC 2011 - Latvia calls
Europe in Transformation is the title of the IV annual IC conference(8-9 of Dec). Jurmala city and Latvian Association for Regional and Local Government (LALRG) are co-partners in hosting the annual event together with Trans in Form project and Innovation Circle Network. The conference will focus on how rural areas and smaller places can adapt and develop in difficult times.Download program and register !
